We start with our bean-to-bar milk chocolate — crafted from ethically sourced cacao and free from gluten, soy, and palm oil. Into that we blend hand-broken chunks of housemade caramel crackle — the kind that shatters just slightly under your teeth and melts into a buttery finish.
