• Fall Blossom honey is harvested in the Fall and consists of goldenrod, aster, purple looststrief and other fall blooms. It is darker in color and has a stronger flavor than our lighter varieties.
• Raw Wildflower Honey comes from our Summer Honey crop. It's light in color and has a strong biting flavor with a distinctive lingering finish. Its somewhat fresh, pleasant "woody" scent pairs well with teas, camembert, and fresh goat cheeses. It's also great for seasonal allergies and is one of our household favorites!
• Raw Florida Orange Blossom comes straight from the blooms on the orange trees in early Spring. Our farm is located in Arcadia, Florida and we keep our bees in the surrounding orange groves that bloom for miles. It has a rich, bold, flavor and full of aromatics. It makes the perfect sweetener for any sauces and teas.
  
• Raw Buckwheat honey has a deep, dark brown color, a strong, molasses-like earthy flavor, and is high in mineral content and antioxidant compounds. This is perfect for sauces, glazing pork roasts, or using in place of molasses or treacle for baking. The strong flavor of Buckwheat honey is perfect when you need a sweetener with some backbone to stand up to other bold flavors.
