Clear base packed with a variety of neon and pastel matte glitters.

If you are a maximalist with a penchant for 70's clothing, Lisa Frank, and jelly sandals then this is the polish for you. The opposite of clean girl aesthetic. Chunky, chonky, chewy. Can be worn as a topper, but it's a party by itself.

We suggest using a base coat and 3-4 coats of polish followed by a top coat for a strong glow. Shake bottle thoroughly before applying.
